The Up Down Up Down

The Up Down Up Down is a classic 2km cross-country bridleway that takes you directly through Bredhurst Woods, with two 10.4% and 12.5% challenging climbs and options to join the circular woodland trail

Darland Impossible Climb

Darland impossible climb is a perfectly named 0.4km 10.2% segment on Darland Banks which has a peak elevation of 27.2%

Greatwood Single Track

Greatwood SingleTrack is a 0.6km -7.4% segment in Ranscombe Farm which is accessed from the circular cycle trail close to the Darnley Trail

Bunny Run

Bunny Run is a 1.3km -8.9% gradient segment and it is fast! The trail starts at the top of Common Road in Blue Bell Hill at the picnic site and finishes on Pilgrims Way, where you have the option of climbing back to the top via one of the adjacent segments

Rotten Arse Tomatos

Rotten Arse Tomatos is an enormously enjoyable 5.1km downhill segment on North Downs Way that starts at the top of Chapel Lane near Upper Halling and goes through Horseholders Wood, Wingate Wood and May's Wood, eventually bring you out in Upper Bush near Cuxton

Star Lane to Hempstead Rd (Trail)

Star Lane to Hempstead Rd is a 1.5km downhill segment at Darland Banks that will allow you to travel onwards to Capstone Country Park. There are several other segments and circular routes available at this location

Horrible Hill

Horrible Hill is one of the most well known segments in all of Medway. It forms part of National Cycle Route 17 and is a 1.7km 5.3% segment that starts on the North edge of Blue Bell Hill and goes directly between Monk Wood and Bridgewoods until you reach the Robin Hood Pub at the top of Common Road. It is the perfect for returning to the top of Blue Bell Hill after using any of the downhill segments in BBH

Bone Shaker

Bone Shaker starts at the top of Lower Warren Road and joins up with Pilgrims Way and Warren Road. It's a 0.5km segment with -15.4% gradient and the terrain is extremely loose and is a great chance to strengthen your handling skills
